Shona Bellew blows me away. When I hear the blend of mystical, esoteric, scientific, quantum mechanical concepts that pour forth from her bottomless reservoir, delivered in her mesmerizing irreverent British accent, it astounds me. She is a spiritual counselor, medical intuitive, and visionary artist who is a "Matrix Breaker" of the old coding and here to herald gateways to new realities. She is a gifted bridge between scientific/corporate/mainstream thought and leading edge spirituality. She's a revolutionary in the body of a goddess and we love it! We met serendipitously, which, as you know, is the way most things that are meant to be do happen. I was inspired to call a therapist acquaintance, Linda Zuck, for lunch, who invited a few friends of her own, including Soma, who said There's this woman, Shona, you have to meet who wants help writing her book!" As it turned out, exactly two days before that luncheon, Shona herself had seen my name on the book, "The Gift of Taking … Honor Yourself First…All Else Will Follow" with Dr. Jill Kahn. She was intrigued that I had co-authored that book and thought maybe she'd call me. Soma calls Shona, all excited, You'll never guess who I just had lunch with? Mardeene Mitchell! You have to call this person!" That was too obvious for Shona. She said, It was so clear that that's what I needed to do. When I met you, I thought, oh my god, here's a sister!" I felt the same way.

When I first saw Shona Bellew in the northern Atlanta area, she looked like a transplanted Santa Cruz, California, hippie goddess flowing amongst her candles and flowers with her long blonde curls. The second time I saw her, she roared up in her hot, red turbo-charged 2002 Ford Mustang GT emblazoned with black flames and hopped out in her short shorts and running shoes. Cool, I thought, she's not all woo-woo, she's grounded, too, in the real world. Oh, yeah! I learned the Brit had been a Formula 2 race track mechanic and hot air balloon pilot. A fellow adventurer! The third time, when we got to work on her book, I felt I was running a race, keeping up with her brilliant brain and thoughts so mind-blowing. It felt like I was working with a scientific genius. Very exciting! Cutting edge stuff. I could see the challenge would be to focus that creative mind and stream of illuminating knowledge coming at me at the speed of light.

She's not all mind. She's the futuristic integration of mind and heart, of the left and right hemispheres of the brain, of dynamic masculine and receptive feminine—she's the epitome of the Grail, which is the theme of many of her recent works of art. She is known for her compassion and opening up the space of non-judgment which allows those in her presence to reclaim their innocence and discover love. At the moment, Shona is living up in the North Georgia mountains and her focus has been bringing the new cosmic energies onto this planet through the execution of her magnificent paintings, opening up gateways and portals to expanded dimensions of love and understanding, literally realigning us with the new codes and DNA to keep up with global and cosmic changes. I was so fortunate to have been among those you have personally benefitted from her cut-to-the-chase therapeutic techniques. Man, talk about unblocking! And freeing up your little kids to want to come out and play! I feel I'm getting younger every day. And the beauty of it is---we actually even look younger as we rescue our hiding inner children. We can literally reverse the aging process. This is a wise woman who has been through hell and back, who has developed these techniques to come out of her own history of abuse and darkness and transform and transmute those experiences, now lighting the path for the rest of us.
